**These Terms of Service govern your use of balihelicharter.com and any charter quote you request through Skyhelm Aviation. Skyhelm is a booking and coordination agency, not an aircraft operator: we arrange whole-aircraft helicopter hire with licensed third-party AOC-holding operators. All quotes are indicative, operator-dependent, and never a confirmed booking on their own.**
By browsing this website, submitting a charter enquiry, or messaging us on WhatsApp or email, you agree to the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or request a quote. These terms were last reviewed as of 2026 and are subject to change without notice.
Who operates this website?
balihelicharter.com is published under the Skyhelm Aviation brand and operated by Bali Premium Trip. The publisher entity is Juara Holding Group. Skyhelm Aviation arranges whole-aircraft helicopter charter across Bali and its wider reach, including Nusa Penida, the Gili Islands, Lombok and Sumba, by coordinating with independent, licensed helicopter operators.
The single most important thing to understand about these terms: Skyhelm Aviation does not own, operate, or pilot aircraft. It does not hold an Air Operator Certificate (AOC), does not employ pilots, and does not run a fleet. In Indonesia, on-demand commercial helicopter charter is regulated by the Ministry of Transportation (Kementerian Perhubungan) and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), and is governed by the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations (CASR), including CASR Part 135 for air taxi and on-demand operations. Only the AOC-holding operator we introduce you to carries those certifications, approved manuals, qualified pilots and maintenance programs.
What is Skyhelm, and what is it not?
| Skyhelm Aviation IS | Skyhelm Aviation is NOT |
|---|---|
| A booking and coordination agency | An airline or air operator |
| A broker arranging whole-aircraft hire | An AOC holder under CASR Part 135 |
| A source of indicative charter pricing | A guarantor of price, schedule or weather |
| A neutral charter-economics reference | The owner or pilot of any aircraft |
| A concierge routing you to licensed operators | A licensed financial, legal, or insurance adviser |
Any flight you take is performed by a third-party operator under that operator’s own AOC, its own terms, and its own passenger contract. Your enforceable rights in the air rest with that operator, not with Skyhelm.
How do quotes and bookings work?
When you request a charter, we gather your routing, timing, passenger count and aircraft-class preferences, then obtain pricing from one or more licensed operators. The number we return to you is an indicative quote, not a contract of carriage.
A charter is only confirmed once:
- You accept a specific operator’s price and terms in writing;
- The operator confirms aircraft and crew availability for your date and route;
- Required deposits or payments are received per the operator’s payment terms; and
- Any necessary landing permissions, slots and permits are secured.
Prices in this niche are calculated per aircraft, per block hour — you are hiring the whole helicopter, not buying individual scenic seats. As a market reference only, a private whole-aircraft light-turbine charter in Bali runs roughly IDR 19–24 million (about USD 1,200–1,550) per flight hour as of 2026. Published whole-aircraft examples from operators such as Blue Marlin Bali have ranged from an 18-minute Tanah Lot tour at IDR 13,000,000 up to a 2-hour bespoke charter at IDR 78,000,000. These figures are illustrative, operator-dependent and subject to change; they are not offers by Skyhelm.
What are the weather, safety and availability terms?
Helicopter charter in Bali operates under Visual Flight Rules. Pilots route around high terrain and volcanic activity near Mount Agung, and the operator or pilot-in-command has final authority to delay, divert, or cancel any flight for safety. Bali’s dry season (roughly April–October) tends to offer more stable flying weather, while the wet season (about November–March) brings more thunderstorms and possible weather holds.
You accept that:
- No operator, and certainly not Skyhelm, can guarantee weather or schedule. Delays, holds and cancellations are possible.
- Rescheduling, refund and cancellation outcomes are governed by the operator’s own agreement, not by Skyhelm.
- Aircraft class and availability (for example, a light single-turbine helicopter in the Bell 505 or Airbus H125/H130 class, typically around four passenger seats) depend on the operator’s fleet at the time of booking.
- Passenger weight limits, baggage rules, and safety briefings set by the operator are binding.
What is the limitation of liability?
To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, Skyhelm Aviation, Bali Premium Trip and Juara Holding Group act only as intermediaries and are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, injury, loss or damage arising from the flight operation itself, which is the responsibility of the licensed operator. Our role is limited to arranging and coordinating your booking.
We provide website information — including prices, durations, aircraft classes and route examples — on an “as is” basis for general guidance. We do not warrant that every figure is current or error-free, and nothing on this site is a binding offer, a safety record, or professional financial, legal or insurance advice. Where we do not own an asset, any arrangement is made via vetted licensed partners. Our aggregate liability, if any is ever established, is limited to the value of the coordination fee we actually received for the affected booking.
How is your personal data handled?
We collect only the information needed to arrange your charter — such as your name, contact details, travel dates and passenger information. We process it in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi, “UU PDP”). For visitors from the European Union and United Kingdom, we also handle data with awareness of the GDPR: we process your details on the lawful basis of taking steps to respond to your request, keep them only as long as needed, and share them solely with the operator required to quote or fly your charter.
