Disclaimer | Skyhelm Aviation — Bali Helicopter Charter

**Skyhelm Aviation (balihelicharter.com) is strictly a charter booking and coordination agency. We arrange whole-aircraft helicopter hire with licensed, third-party AOC-holding operators. We do not own, operate, or pilot aircraft, do not hold an Air Operator Certificate, and do not employ pilots. Every price and duration on this site is indicative, operator-dependent, and subject to change.**

This page sets out the terms under which you use balihelicharter.com and rely on the information published here. Please read it carefully before requesting a quote or making any booking. The site is published by Juara Holding Group and operated by Bali Premium Trip. Where we describe the brand “Skyhelm Aviation,” we mean this booking and coordination service — not an airline, an aircraft owner, or an aviation authority.

What exactly does Skyhelm Aviation do — and not do?

We are an intermediary. When you contact us about a Bali helicopter charter, we coordinate the whole-aircraft hire with independent helicopter operators that hold their own Air Operator Certificate (AOC) issued under Indonesian regulation. The flight itself — the aircraft, the pilot, the maintenance program, the go/no-go safety decision — is provided and controlled entirely by that licensed operator, not by us.

To be unambiguous, here is the boundary:

Skyhelm Aviation (Bali Premium Trip) DOES Skyhelm Aviation DOES NOT
Coordinate whole-aircraft charter bookings Own, lease, or operate any helicopter
Relay your itinerary and requirements to operators Hold an Air Operator Certificate (AOC)
Share indicative pricing and aircraft-class guidance Employ, roster, or supervise pilots
Pass confirmed details between you and the operator Perform aircraft maintenance or airworthiness checks
Answer questions via WhatsApp and email Make or guarantee weather or safety decisions

Because the licensed operator holds the certificate and the aircraft, that operator’s own terms, conditions, insurance, and safety procedures govern the flight. We recommend you read the operating carrier’s documentation before you fly.

How reliable are the prices and durations on this site?

Treat every figure here as a starting reference, not a firm quote. Charter pricing in Bali is calculated per aircraft, per block hour — you are hiring the whole helicopter — and it moves with fuel costs, aircraft class, routing, positioning legs, waiting time, and operator availability.

The published market figures we cite (for example, whole-aircraft package and transfer prices anchored to operators such as Blue Marlin Bali, and regional charter rates listed by Luxury Indonesia Travel) are reproduced for orientation and were accurate to the best of our knowledge as of 2026. They are third-party prices, quoted in Indonesian Rupiah with US Dollar conversions at roughly IDR 15,500–16,000 per dollar, and they change without notice.

Specifically, you accept that:

  • All prices, durations, seat capacities, and aircraft-class descriptions are indicative and operator-dependent, current as of 2026 and subject to change.
  • A binding price applies only once a licensed operator issues you a formal quote or confirmation for your specific date, route, and aircraft.
  • Flight times are planning estimates; actual airborne time depends on routing, air traffic, and conditions on the day.

Can you guarantee the weather or the schedule?

No. No honest party in this niche can. Helicopter charter in Bali operates under Visual Flight Rules, and the pilot in command — employed by the licensed operator, not by us — has the final and non-negotiable authority to delay, reroute, or cancel a flight for safety.

Bali’s dry season runs roughly April to October with more stable flying conditions; the wet season, about November to March, brings more thunderstorms and a higher chance of weather holds. Pilots also route around high terrain and any volcanic activity near Mount Agung. We cannot and do not promise that any flight will depart on time, follow a fixed route, or operate at all. Weather-related delays, diversions, and cancellations are handled under the operating carrier’s policy.

Who regulates the flights you help arrange?

Commercial helicopter charter in Indonesia falls under the Ministry of Transportation (Kementerian Perhubungan) and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Udara, DGCA), which enforce the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations (CASR). On-demand charter, including helicopters, is governed by CASR Part 135 (Air Taxi / on-demand operations), which requires an Air Operator Certificate, approved operating manuals, qualified pilots, and an approved maintenance program.

Skyhelm Aviation holds none of those approvals and makes no claim to. Our role ends at coordination; the regulated flight activity belongs to the AOC-holding operator.

Do you claim any affiliation with named operators or their trademarks?

No. Any operator, aircraft type, registration, or brand mentioned on this site — for example a Bell 505 in the class typically used for Bali charter, or published package names — is referenced factually for comparison and education only. Such references do not imply endorsement, partnership, agency, or ownership. We do not use, and do not claim as our own, any third-party operator’s trademarks, and we do not represent ourselves as any specific operator.

We also do not fabricate. We publish no invented safety records, certifications, awards, ratings, or reviews for Skyhelm Aviation or for any operator. Where we cannot verify a figure — for example, a Bali–Sumba leg with no publicly published price — we say so and describe it as bespoke rather than guessing.

How do we handle your personal data?

When you contact us by WhatsApp or email, you share personal data such as your name, contact details, travel dates, and itinerary preferences. We process that information only to coordinate your charter enquiry with operators and to respond to you.

We handle personal data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law, Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022 (UU PDP). We are also mindful that many of our visitors are international travelers, and we apply GDPR-aware practices — lawful basis, data minimization, and honoring reasonable access and deletion requests — for visitors from the European Union and elsewhere.

In practice:

  • We collect only what we need to handle your enquiry and pass relevant details to the operator quoting your flight.
  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • To ask what we hold, or to have it corrected or deleted, email sales@balipremiumtrip.com.

What are the limits of our liability?

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyhelm Aviation / Bali Premium Trip and Juara Holding Group accept no liability for loss, injury, delay, cancellation, or damage arising from the flight itself or from an operator’s acts, omissions, equipment, or decisions — these rest with the licensed operator. Our responsibility is limited to the booking-coordination service we actually provide. Information on this site is offered in good faith for general guidance and is not aviation, safety, legal, financial, or tax advice. You rely on it at your own discretion, and a confirmed booking is subject to the operating carrier’s own terms and conditions.
