If we must cancel a flight for safety reasons, we will make every effort to reschedule for the next available opportunity. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.

Yes, luggage capacity is determined by the aircraft type and the number of passengers. Generally, we can accommodate one medium-sized soft-sided bag per person.
